Usage manuals in FAQ for individual use are not offered by celmade. Furthermore, we would like to notify you that Celmade disclaims all liability for any side effects resulting from improper use.

Botulinum Toxin should be stored between 2°C and 8°C. Large amounts of are stored in Celmade’s facilities. Botulinum toxin after it has been opened; botulinum toxin should be kept in the refrigerator. It is advised to be used within 30 days of opening.
Additionally, botulinum toxins are typically delivered in a fine powder due to the nature of goods that need to be diluted with saline. Because of this, botulinum toxins could seem like empty bottles.
Products from Celmade are shipped in Styrofoam boxes with ice packs. For duration of approximately 5 to 8 days, the product is sent as sealed as possible to maintain a temperature below 8°C. But the ice pack can come melted because of the destination country’s seasonal variations.
But try not to give this too much thought. Research has indicated that variations in temperature only cause a 10% reduction in the efficacy of botulinum toxins. Nevertheless, it is still safe and effective.
(Products such as Innotox are not impacted by storage temperature because they can be kept in storage for up to 40°C.)

Celmade makes sure that its items are packaged securely and robustly before shipping.
The outside package may occasionally sustain damage that we do not classify as damage.
We only include product loss or damage, vial breakage, etc. in our definition of damage.
If it satisfied these damage requirements, kindly request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll either send it again or issue a refund.
According to FAQ returns are only accepted via international courier, and in the event of damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Furthermore, a return procedure guide is sent by our Customer Service Center; please ensure that you review it prior to returning the item and adhere to the guidelines.

Shipping

The source of all exports from Celmade is South Korea. Delivery time and shipping costs change based on the location but it takes three to ten business days on average. This may vary depends on the state of logistics in the target country and is based on International Courier, DHL, FEDEX, etc. This excludes Force Majeure events like natural disasters, unstable political environments, or hold-ups in customs clearance (Read FAQ carefully).

Please get in touch with your country’s customs office or your local logistics company’s customer service center directly if the delivery is delayed by more than seven days. The destination country’s tax laws may cause delays in delivery if there are problems obtaining the documents and qualifications needed for customs clearance and taxation. Celmade is not responsible for paying taxes or facilitating customs clearance in the destination nation.

Customs & Taxes – FAQ

The tax and customs clearance requirements for Celmade’s medical items vary depending on the destination country’s medical law. Imported medical supplies from businesses without medical professional licenses may encounter customs issues.
Despite the fact that Celmade is not concerned with taxes or customs in the country of destination, we suggest the following:
You are entitled to have your merchandise unpacked or returned to the shipper if customs has stopped it or taken it into custody.
Celmade might ship returned goods again.
(Excluding the costs of logistics) or refunds that do not include shipping fees are feasible.
After the returned item is received by us, we inspect it to make sure there are no issues, and then we begin the reimbursement process.
Celmade is not liable for goods that customs confiscates or destroys. (If at all feasible, kindly return the product.)

Orders can only be canceled if they are received prior to the product being sent; orders cannot be canceled after delivery.
Once the merchandise has been received, you can ask for a refund. Logistics charges for shipping and product returns are not refundable, and there can be a charge for a refund depending on the payment type.
