- Processing time: 2-5 business days (depending on order size).
- Estimated shipping time: 7-20 business days, depending on the shipping method.
Customs & Import Compliance
- All buyers must confirm import regulations before placing an order.
- For U.S. orders:
- Products like Botox, fillers, and medical-grade aesthetic products may require FDA approval.
- Distributors must provide import documentation if required by U.S. customs.
- Celmade.net is not responsible for delays or confiscations caused by customs compliance issues.
Returns & Refunds Due to Import Issues
- If customs rejects or holds your order, the buyer is responsible for clearance or return shipping costs.
- Refunds will not be provided for orders seized or returned due to import violations.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected regions. International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and regional regulations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

When shipping starts after ordering, please log in by entering your Email ID and PW. A Tracking Number is created to track the product and you can track the shipment. If delivery is delayed by more than 10 days, please contact the Customs of your Country or the Customer Service Center of your Local Logistics Company directly. Delivery delays may be due to issues with Documents and Qualifications required for Customs Clearance and Taxation according to the Destination Country’s Tax Laws, and Celmade is not involved in taxes and customs clearance in the destination country.
