Celmade Refund Policy

At Celmade, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review our refund policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.


General Return Guidelines

  1. Return Window:
    All returns, including exchanges or refunds, must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

  2. Buyer Responsibility:
    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item received is defective.
    • The wrong item was sent.
    • The location or item qualifies for a Free Return.
  3. Return Authorization:
    Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

    • Returns without an RMA number may face processing delays.
  4. Condition of Returned Items:

    • All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached.
    • Items returned without original tags are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the buyer or donated to charity.
  5. Refund Exceptions in Celmade refund Policy:

    • Items returned due to ‘Wrong Address,’ ‘Unclaimed,’ ‘Undeliverable,’ or ‘Refused’ reasons will not have expedited or express shipping costs refunded.
    • Free shipping items returned for the above reasons will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Processing Timeline

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • If the return is due to manufacturing defects or incorrect items, Celmade will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased with gift certificates or eGift cards.
  • Promotional sale items, giveaway products, or select health and personal care items.
  • Products shipped with an ice pack or requiring specific temperature storage for safety reasons.

Special Considerations in Celmade refund Policy

  • For missing or defective items, claims must be made within 14 days of the postmarked delivery date.
  • Returns must include a tracking number to confirm delivery to the return department. Celmade is not responsible for lost packages without tracking information.
